We are currently looking for Good communication skills, technically sound You will be responsible for providing technical support and building customer relations through inbound calls. Technical queries & objections will be a major part of job profile. Customer retention & up sales will be the basis for performance.
Essential Skills:
Knowledge of Operating Systems 98, XP, 2000/Computer Fundamentals/Microsoft Certified (Not Compulsory).
Excellent written and spoken English.
Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener.
Sound understanding of work environment and delivery.
Good planning, scheduling, and analytic skills.
