Description : Our Client is a fully integrated steel plant having units across Karnataka and maharashtra producing from pellets to colour coated steel .
They urgently require for thier Corporate office in Mumbai a Legal candidate. The incumbent must be:
1. An LLB with
2. Adequate exposure in Corporate environment and
3.Expected to manage and handle IP, Company Matter and Litigation and Property Documentation independently.
4. Willing to travel to attend legal proceedings for the Organization.
Candidate will be reporting to the GM.
Salary is Negotiable
