You would be responsible for putting systems in place in a new, fast growing company of 10 plus people
Experience: Fresher to 1+ years in service industry.
Financial Responsibilities:
- Very good working knowledge of Excel/Internet & Tally
- Regular accounts - Expenditure and Revenue; Banking and petty cash
- Collation and preparation of monthly financial statements/MIS
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Administration of office space
- Maintaining basic hygiene levels in the office
- Overlooking repairs, facilities management etc
HR Responsibilities:
- Putting HR systems and processes in place
- Culture building
- Best practices bench-marked against the industry
- Innovative/out of the box thinking
Marketing Responsibilities :
- Maintaining profitable vendor relations
- Ability to network – a wide base of contacts is a plus
- Good analytic skills
- Email-Marketing
