Office Co-ordinator

You would be responsible for putting systems in place in a new, fast growing company of 10 plus people

Experience: Fresher to 1+ years in service industry.


Financial Responsibilities:
  • Very good working knowledge of Excel/Internet & Tally
  • Regular accounts - Expenditure and Revenue; Banking and petty cash 
  • Collation and preparation of monthly financial statements/MIS

Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Administration of office space
  • Maintaining basic hygiene levels in the office 
  • Overlooking repairs, facilities management etc

HR Responsibilities:
  • Putting HR systems and processes in place
  • Culture building 
  • Best practices bench-marked against the industry 
  • Innovative/out of the box thinking

Marketing Responsibilities :
  • Maintaining profitable vendor relations
  • Ability to network – a wide base of contacts is a plus 
  • Good analytic skills 
  • Email-Marketing
